Ingredients:
- Fish egg.
- 8oz. sushi-grade tuna fillet
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbs. soy sauce, preferably reduced sodium
- Garlic powder
- 1 boiled egg
- Asian sesame oil
- Fresh chives, each about 1 1/2 inches long.
Procedure:
Boil the egg for approx. 7 minutes, let it rest and then peel it off. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except the egg). Bon Appetite!
