Tuna Tartare

Ingredients:

  • Fish egg.
  • 8oz. sushi-grade tuna fillet
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. soy sauce, preferably reduced sodium
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Asian sesame oil
  • Fresh chives, each about 1 1/2 inches long.

Directions:

Boil the egg for approx. 7 minutes. Let it rest and then peel it off. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Bon Appetite!
